News Flash: Dean is Against The War
In a startling twist to the 2004 presidential campaign, Democratic
front-runner Howard Dean announced today that he's against the
war in Iraq. "The other candidates supported George Bush,"
said Dean in a stump speech in Iowa. "I was the only one
who has stood firmly against that war all along." In
another speech scheduled for tomorrow, Dean is expected to make
headlines again when he announces to his legions of supporters that
President Bush is "doing a bad job..."
Editor's Note
Remarkably, for some people
the controversial 2000 Presidential Election was more traumatic than
the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. Or at least these
people seem to dwell on it more than what to do about terrorism in a
post-Sept. 11 world. In honor of these people who have been
unable to "move on," we are going open up the See Span
