Do you get the feeling that if Bush had totally ruled out the possibility of military action against Iraq, Gore would be out there, giving speeches and whining about the need for the U.S. to forcibly remove Saddam from power?  The former Vice President, who is fond of taking credit for achievements he had nothing to do with, can legitimately take credit for bringing new meaning to the term "irrelevant."
