As we look back on the 20th Century, there has been much debate over who are the most influential figures of the past 100 years... Time Magazine selected Albert Einstein as its "Person of the Century." Other publications have selected the likes of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Jonas Salk. Not much thought has been given, however, to those people or things that have played little or no role at all in some of the major events of the past century. So, in celebration of the New Millennium, See Span Run will honor those people or things that were completely irrelevant in shaping the 20th century.
